WeekReader is an RSS feed reader that allows you to subscribe to, read, and manage RSS feeds. The Service includes features such as keyboard navigation, social recommendations, and feed organization.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must authenticate through Google or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our written permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. RSS Feed Content

The content displayed in RSS feeds is owned by the respective feed publishers. WeekReader does not claim ownership of any third-party content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content accessed through the Service.

6. Beta Service

The Service is currently in beta. During this period:

• The Service is provided free of charge with a limit of 10 subscriptions
• Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
• There may be downtime or interruptions in service
• We may reset accounts or data as needed for development purposes

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WeekReader and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WeekReader, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
